- Born in 1960. Graduate of Waseda University and Bond University (MBA), Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA®).
Joined Nomura Securities, and responded to “Big Bang” deregulation in the UK while working at Nomura Securities there.
After being seconded to Nomura IR, began providing IR consulting service, consulting with 173 companies and advising 791.
Established Fukuda Research Institute in 2005, where he is representative director.
Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan, lecturer at Kanto Gakuin University and Kokugakuin University

- Yojiro Kindaichi
- Born in 1964. Graduate of Kwansei Gakuin University, Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA®), Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant, registered with the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Joined Nippon Kangyo Kakumaru Securities (now Mizuho Securities), engaging in IR consulting at Kankaku Research Institute.
Specializes in strategic IR consulting aimed at enhancing corporate value, directly advising more than 200 companies.
As a securities analyst, has authored more than 1,000 analyst reports. Also operates the Kitahama IR Fund, based on his reports’ investment judgments.
Established KCR, Inc., in 2000, where he is representative director.

- Yutaka Takahashi
- Born in 1955. Graduate of the University of Tokyo, MBA from George Washington University in the United States.
Joined Wacom Co., Ltd., following appointments as Head of the Secretariat at RECIA (Research and Exploration Center for International Affairs) and Government-paid secretary to a member of the House of Representatives.
As IR Officer at Wacom, won the First Disclosure Rookie Award (fiscal 2006) and the 16th Disclosure Award (fiscal 2010) from the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Has also received numerous other awards, including the 17th Best IR Award for Small and Mid-cap Companies from the Japan Investor Relations Association (fiscal 2012).
Left Wacom in 2016 to join Borderless IR.
Positions at Wacom includes the appointments in the president’s office, general administration, human resources, internal audits, corporate planning, IR and the CEO office, where he was involved in activities including listed company operations and response to the Japanese Corporate Governance Code.

- Graduate of UCLA and Keio University’s graduate program.
Experience working for UBS, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and ING Baring Securities.
Currently serves as auditor or outside director for multiple Japanese companies, and supports corporate IR activities, including shareholder ID surveys.
Currently manages Pacific-IR and InvestorCom.

- Akio Kobayashi
- Born in 1968, Dokkyo University graduate.
Joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation in 1992, in charge of corporate sales of corporate network systems.
After working for Sprint in the United States, in 2006 became the Japan country manager of Business Wire, a U.S. company that distributes press releases.
Directed strategy for the Japanese and South Korean markets involving the business of disseminating corporate news to investors and journalists.
